Can I change or combine an existing order?
No, once an order has been placed, it cannot be combined or modified. If you wish to make a change, the existing order must be cancelled and re-placed.

Can I cancel my order?
You can try to cancel your order as soon as you notice it by sending an email to support@phfitness.nl with "CANCEL" in the subject line. Cancellation is only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

🚚 Shipping & delivery

When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can track where your package is.

How can I check my order status or tracking?
Check the confirmation email you received from us. It contains a tracking link that allows you to follow the status.

What should I know about the delivery of heavy products?
For large and heavy products (such as racks and power racks), delivery may take place via freight transport. The delivery person may not always contact you in advance to arrange a time slot, so keep a close eye on the tracking page in the accompanying email you receive about this from the carrier.

I have only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Sometimes products are shipped in multiple packages. Check your track & trace for additional shipments. Still have questions? Send us an email.

When will a product be back in stock?
We are continuously working on restocking. Is a product listed as "out of stock"? You can email us for an indication.

Does PH Fitness accept pre-orders?
Yes, we always offer the option to pre-order a product that is out of stock. For specific questions, you can contact us viaΒ support@phfitness.nl.

I forgot to apply my discount code, can it still be added?
Send us an email with your order number and the discount code. We are always happy to see what is possible.Β

Can I link an order to my account?
If you were not logged in when placing the order, we unfortunately cannot manually link an existing order to your account. Make sure you are logged in when ordering to have this automatically registered.

Does PH Fitness ship to other countries?
